Our specs for this model show that the refrigerator height is 69 7/8", the width is 27 3/4", and the depth is 26 7/8" and requires a 2" gap between the back of the unit and the wall you are installing the unit on. If you feel as though your space meets these requirements, we recommend reaching out to Best Buy's Customer Support line at 1-888-237-8289 or calling your local store, to discuss the issue you are having with the online measurement feature.
