A:AnswerHello. Thanks for reaching out! Yes, you can adjust your refrigerator. The refrigerator must be level to maintain optimal performance and appearance. To level: 1. Move the refrigerator to its final location.2. Turn the feet on the bottom, front of the cabinet to raise or lower that side of the refrigerator until the refrigerator is level side-to-side. 3. Turn both front legs, by the same amount, to slightly raise the front of the refrigerator. This will make it easier for the doors to close. A:AnswerHello- Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us about this beautiful refrigerator. This unit must be installed in an area where the temperature ranges from a minimum of 55°F to a maximum of 100°F. (The preferred room temperature range for optimum performance, which reduces electricity usage and provides superior cooling, is between 60°F and 90°F.) It also needs to be installed on a floor strong enough to hold it fully loaded, and where it is not exposed to water, rain, or direct sunlight. We hope this information is helpful, and please feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions!- Kianna@Haier

A:AnswerHi! Thanks for reaching out. So long as your countertop does not extend out past the case and your unit is not installed next to a wall, then you will be able to open your doors as normal. The depth of the case only is 23-1/2". If your countertop is this deep, and the other clearances and installation instructions are followed, you should not have an issue with opening your doors. Hope this helps! Best wishes. -Michael@Haier
A:AnswerHello there - Thanks for reaching out. We hate to hear that your refrigerator isn't cooling properly and we're happy to help. If your refrigerator isn't getting cold, check the gaskets and make sure that the doors are closing and sealing properly. Opening the door frequently can also cause the unit to not cool properly. Also, not enough space between the back of the refrigerator and the wall for the air to circulate properly. Allow 2" space between the back of the refrigerator and the wall. If the above doesn't resolve the issue, service may be needed. You can schedule an appointment by calling 1-877-337-3639. Please reach out to us on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram if any questions come up. All the best! -Mikayla@Haier

A:AnswerHey there, and thanks for reaching out to us! We appreciate your interest in this 4-Door refrigerator and certainly understand if you have certain clearance needs; we would like to assist. The height from the floor to the bottom of the French doors is approximately 32.7". The French doors themselves are 39". The overall height to the top of the unit is about 71". Please note that this model does not have zero clearance hinges. If there is a wall or cabinet preventing the door from opening completely, the side with the obstruction will need 9" of clearance. In order to remove crispers, the doors must be fully opened. We hope this clears everything up for you, but if you need any further information we are happy to help, and can be reached over social media if you prefer. Best wishes! -Sarah@Haier
A:AnswerHello, and thanks for your interest in this French Door refrigerator! The dimensions of this unit are 71 H x 28 W x 26 1/2 D. Please note that because additional side clearance isn't needed for this unit, there should be at least an inch of clearance on the top, and we don't recommend placing anything on top of the refrigerator. We are happy to help with any other questions or concerns. All the best! -Sarah@Haier
A:AnswerHi Nancy-We appreciate your interest in our 4-Door French Door Refrigerator. This is a beautiful model! We can understand that you would like a dBA rating on this refrigerator however, we do not rate the sound level of our refrigerators or freezers, which means we are unable to provide a decibel level for them while they are running. We currently only offer the dBA rating on our dishwashers. If you have any additional questions in the future, please let us know. We are here to help! Joyce@Haier
A:AnswerHello there, we appreciate your interest in our refrigerator. Our appliances are manufactured all across the globe. We hope this is useful information and we're wishing you the best! - Guy@GEA
A:AnswerThe instructions state “allow 2 inches of space behind the refrigerator” for ventilation. So if you can keep it 2 inches from the back wall I’d imagine it would be fine. It doesn’t say anything about space on the side or installation in a cabinet.
