A:AnswerThink of a stainless steel door covered by a glass sheet. Glass finishes take the best qualities of stainless steel—its smooth, polished exterior—and remove all the negative elements; utilitarian sterility and lack of warmth, and its easily-smudged surface,. It's an alternative to the textured or glossy black and white finishes that serve as the only two common alternatives to stainless, which don't necessarily provide the smooth look that so many consumers seem to prefer.
A:AnswerHi Matt,
This unit is not counter depth. The unit has the following overall dimensions: Width: 28 in, Height: 71 in, Depth: 26.5 in. The unit is 23.5 in without the door. The cord is located about midway up the back of the refrigerator and is just about centered from left to right. Thanks for checking with us. Sadie@Haier
A:AnswerHello Bonnie. If there is a wall or cabinet preventing the door from opening all the way, the side with the obstruction will require 9" clearance. To remove crispers, doors must be fully opened. Thank you for checking with us. Olga@Haier
A:AnswerHello Mark - Haier refrigerators require air flow to cool efficiently. One inch of clearance all the way around the unit is recommended to allow the air to circulate.
The clearance is necessary to allow air to circulate easily around the refrigerator, and especially around the condenser. The more air that circulates around the refrigerator, the better the cooling, and the more consistent the internal temperature will be. This means the refrigerator has to work less hard to keep cool, which saves you money.
Because proper air clearance is necessary, Haier refrigerators cannot be flush installed. - TREY@HAIER
A:AnswerThey are both freezers. It would have been great if you could make the middle one a fridge. Also, the crisper in the fridge gets super cold since its right up agains the freezer drawer and it has froze my lettuce and veggies so I put water bottles in there now.
A:AnswerHi Max,
We have (had) the same challenge like yours with less wall space (2 inch). At 90 degree door opening the drawer comes clear to reach items easy even for cleaning. but drawer is "condemned" to stay there forever. Removing door bins doesn't help as the door itself blocks the drawer to fully retract. Clearance is spacious enough to reach into. Cleaning the drawer requires to remove the lower shelf to angel-up the drawer out. This happens only a few times a year. We are very happy with the fridge. The two freezer drawers are a game changer. Bit pricy but we highly recommend the unit especially in limited spaces.
Good luck with your decision making.
A:AnswerHello Momy - We appreciate your interest in the refrigerator HRF15N3AGS and we are happy to help!
The power cord is 112" long and comes out from main board on the left middle of back side unit. It is long enough to reach an outlet. Thanks for checking! Olga
A:AnswerHi Erica - No a water line is not required if you are not having an ice maker installed in the unit. I just plugged mine in and it was good to go.
A:AnswerThe Egg Holders are designed to be attached to the inside door bins of either of the doors. #1- lay Egg holder on a flat surface in upright position ( long plastic clips facing downward touching flat surface). #2- Pick up Egg Holder and turn it sideways (widest part facing you). #3- Open either fridge door and attach Egg holders to door bin, by taking the long plastic clip of the egg holder and pushing it towards the wall ABOVE the door bin. Then slide the clip downward; keeping it between the wall and door bin, until it fits in snuggly.

A:AnswerHi there, thanks for asking! The running amps for this model is 3.0 amps. This unit needs to be connected to a 115 Volt AC, 60 Hz, 15- or 20-amp fused, grounded electrical supply. This provides the best performance and also prevents overloading house wiring circuits which could cause a fire hazard from overheated wires. You would not be able to run this unit at 20 amps as this would cause the breaker to trip and power to be stopped to your fridge. Hope this helps! Best wishes. -Michae@Haier
