Q: Can you fit a plastic 1 gallon jug of milk on any of the shelf's ?
A: Yes bottom shelf, but u need to adjust middle self upward. I have owned this fridge for about 1 year.

A: Hi Matt, This unit is not counter depth. The unit has the following overall dimensions: Width: 28 in, Height: 71 in, Depth: 26.5 in. The unit is 23.5 in without the door. Q: What is the minimum clearance space needed on each side of the refrigerator?
A: Hello Mark - Haier refrigerators require air flow to cool efficiently. One inch of clearance all the way around the unit is recommended to allow the air to circulate. The clearance is necessary to allow air to circulate easily around the refrigerator, and especially around the condenser. The more air that circulates around the refrigerator, the better the cooling, and the more consistent the internal temperature will be. This means the refrigerator has to work less hard to keep cool, which saves you money. Because proper air clearance is necessary, Haier refrigerators cannot be flush installed. - TREY@HAIER
A: They are both freezers. It would have been great if you could make the middle one a fridge. Also, the crisper in the fridge gets super cold since its right up agains the freezer drawer and it has froze my lettuce and veggies so I put water bottles in there now.
A: Hi Max, We have (had) the same challenge like yours with less wall space (2 inch). At 90 degree door opening the drawer comes clear to reach items easy even for cleaning. but drawer is "condemned" to stay there forever. Removing door bins doesn't help as the door itself blocks the drawer to fully retract. Clearance is spacious enough to reach into. Cleaning the drawer requires to remove the lower shelf to angel-up the drawer out. This happens only a few times a year. We are very happy with the fridge. The two freezer drawers are a game changer. Bit pricy but we highly recommend the unit especially in limited spaces. Good luck with your decision making.
