QuestionI have water coming from the bottom of the unit. What maybe causing this? The drain on ftront of unit has ice blocking it...does this unit need to be defrosted then drained and plugged back in? How often do I need to do this if this is the case?

QuestionI have a suv,,,, can i lay it down in the back on its side for transport,,, if i stand it up for a day before i plug it in?

- Answer Hello! Transport the freezer in an upright position. Transporting the unit on its side can potentially damage the sealed system. However, if it has been necessary to transport the freezer on its side, it should be stood upright for an equal amount of time as it was on its side before plugging it in. If on its side for more than a day, leave standing for 24 hours before running. Do not lay the unit on its front or rear. Thanks for checking! Leda@Haier
