Full disclosure, I’m a Fahrenheit guy and not Celsius. That said, the unit has seven (7) cooling settings. The higher the number the colder the setting. The user manual says setting 4, provides cooling to -18C (zero F). I have the freezer set at setting six (6) and that seems to keep the temperature well below zero Fahrenheit. I have not measured the actual temp but I would say it had to be close to -20F (-29C). Of course, if you let frost to build up in the inside of the freezer will result in poor performance of the freezer. It’s up to the user to keep the unit in good condition.
