Q: QuestionIs this a wooden surface under the felt, or is it a slate table? If it's slate, is it one piece or 3 pieces?

• A:Answer It's a wood top table. You'll never find a slate top table for that price brand new. Usually won't find one under $1500, but you can find alot of used ones for cheaper than that and just replace the cloth and possibly the cushions and you'll have a table that plays like a brand new one.
