Q: QuestionHow do you insert beaters? One keeps failing out.

• A:Answer I have not experienced this problem. Possibly the beaters were not aligned properly. Maybe the beaters were not fully inserted. Did they "click" into place before you turned them on?

Q: QuestionWhy does the red mixer come with 2 beaters, 2 dough hooks and a whisk, but when you choose the white color it shows 2 beaters and a whisk? Why don't you get 2 dough hooks with the white one? It's the same as the red just a different color I want all parts
