QuestionIs this a "true" 7qt capacity? I bought the "Set and Forget" 33969 model and it was just a tad over 5qt instead of advertised 6qt.

- Answer Thank you for your question. This measurement is food capacity, not liquid capacity. All slow cookers are measured with solids from the base of the unit to the very rim. This is an industry standard for slow cookers. It is also recommended to leave an inch from the top, when filling.

QuestionWhy are the Hrs and Temp lights flashing constantly? Is that normal? The cooker does her hot but the lights are flashing 90% of time and they become steady once in a while but return to flashing after a few minutes , thanks
