“Is this a "true" 7qt capacity? I bought the "Set and Forget" 33969 model and it was just a tad over 5qt instead of advertised 6qt.”

Thank you for your question. This measurement is food capacity, not liquid capacity. All slow cookers are measured with solids from the base of the unit to the very rim. This is an industry standard for slow cookers. It is also recommended to leave an inch from the top, when filling.
