A:AnswerYes. It is very noisy especially during the kneading cycles. It has suction cups on the bottom to hold it in place. That's how much it moves. It needs them to knead! It works well but is definitely noisy. We're lucky to be in the country and no one is bothered by it. The beeping is very loud to get your attention. Much louder than our previous bread maker.
A:AnswerThank you for your question. Yes this bread maker will feature a cycle that allows for dough to be baked in a regular oven. A description of each program cycle will be featured in the use and care manual for this Hamilton Beach bread maker.
A:AnswerHi! I do not have the manual handy but I am sure if you have a recipe you can make it, this machine is so versatile! Maybe you can google that specific question regarding the paddle, but you can make your own dough (which does not need the paddle) and just bake it or you can do the entire process from mixing to baking all at once. Hope that helps a little!
