QuestionWe live in an apartment and wonder if this machine will produce loud rattling noise during kneading cycle or loud beeps for every cycle?

- Answer Yes. It is very noisy especially during the kneading cycles. It has suction cups on the bottom to hold it in place. That's how much it moves. It needs them to knead! It works well but is definitely noisy. We're lucky to be in the country and no one is bothered by it. The beeping is very loud to get your attention. Much louder than our previous bread maker.

QuestionIs there a silent mode? The beeping is so loud! Sometimes I want to start it in the wee hours so we have a fresh loaf for a weekday breakfast, but I cannot get it set up without waking my family because the beeping is sooooo loud and sharp!

QuestionUsed my new break maker yesterday for first time. Was waiting for the beep to say it's done and screen showed 13.00 . At first I thought was the length of time til the brea was finished baking, but it stayed at that time. What does 13.00 mean?

- Answer Hi! I do not have the manual handy but I am sure if you have a recipe you can make it, this machine is so versatile! Maybe you can google that specific question regarding the paddle, but you can make your own dough (which does not need the paddle) and just bake it or you can do the entire process from mixing to baking all at once. Hope that helps a little!
