• The product comes with a 220 to 240 voltage(international compatibility) To use it with a 240 v, you only need a converter and you are good to go

• Thank you for your question. We do not currently have any retail appliances which can be used with any other voltage level than 120 volts. We also cannot recommend that you use a power converter as they may cause permanent damage to the appliance.
