    • Answer Thank you for your question. To keep steam vents clear of any buildup, follow these instructions each time you iron using steam. Fill water reservoir to max. Plug unit in. Turn Temperature Control Dial to Cotton-Linen setting and let iron heat for 2 minutes. Turn Temperature Control Dial to off position. Unplug from outlet. Hold iron over sink. Press and hold the Self-Clean Button until tank is empty.

    • Answer Thank you for your question. We do not currently have any retail appliances which can be used with any other voltage level than 120 volts. We also cannot recommend that you use a power converter as they may cause permanent damage to the appliance.

    • Answer Yes! You can use the iron without water in it or on the item you're ironing. It may not be as effective at getting wrinkles out just due to how irons work, but it won't cause any problems by not having water!
