Regular sized filter. I use a Melita filter that works fine. Use a flat bottom filter, do not use a cone type.

I purchase the 8-12 cup size brown filters.

Use filters made for 8 to 12 cup coffee maker.

We us filters that say they fit the 8-12 cup coffee makers on them.
