QuestionI have a Flex Brew 49976. Can I use the warming plate to continuously warm the carafe? I notice it automatically turns off after a certain period of time,but I can turn the unit back on. Will this cause any problems?

- Answer It quits heating after 2 hours but you can turn it back on as many times as you like. My coffee maker has done 12 hours of being on in a day all the time.

QuestionHow hard is the pod holder to clean when you put your own grounds into it? I bought the pod adapter for my Keurig maker and I have to rinse the grounds into the sink to get the grounds out, which may cause a clog buildup. :-( Is that the same?

Questionon jan 7 19 i sent pitcures of my flezbrew to hamilton beach for a repllacemene due to this unit leaking water all over the place i was charged 11.49 on my cridet card but as yey i have not recived the replacement the ref no is 18271 thanks

QuestionI just bought this coffee maker and it doesn’t seem to brew strong enough on bold and I’ve used the k cups bold coffee. It comes out tasting like water. Is there something I am missing?
