Please try again later.normally its because you havent inserted the kcup properly.if there is not two punctures in the cup thats your problem.if there is only one hole in the top ,thats the reason for grounds in your coffee.the puncture in the lower part of th cup lets the water and coffee run through the filter in the k cup and into your cup without grounds.pull the puncture devise back then insert the cup .put the tray back in the slot .then push down as indicated on the tray.this will puncture the kcup .this should take care of your issue.
