But call the company. I'm back and forth with them now trying to get my money back. Dont' buy their coffee products

If you have checked to ensure the piercing needle isn't clogged, we would suggest purging any water out of the coffee maker, by holding down on the brew button for 5-7 seconds. Make sure you have a cup underneath as any water in the machine will come out. Once you have completed this, this doing a normal brew cycle. If the problem persists, we will be glad to assist you. Please try again later.Try opening a paper clip, and the gray part that holds the needle turn counterclockwise to remove, I twisted a napkin and shoved the end to clean and return part to its proper position. Try again... if that doesn’t work try a paperclip gently sticking and turning it to get excess coffee grounds out. Hope this helps

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Remove and clean the top and bottom needle assemblies. Use a paperclip to clear the hole in the needle of coffee. Run a cup of vinegar through the machine followed by a vup of water. Using filtered water prevents mineral buildup.
