No, there is an empty reusable plastic K-Cup sized accessory included with the coffee brewer in which you can add your own ground coffee to brew a single serving cup of coffee.

No. (Not quite easy to clean.) So, I bought some disposable ones from Walmart (online.)

No, you do not need a paper filter. There is a mesh strainer it comes with that acts as the filter. It works great!
