Thank you for your question. If the toaster is used daily, the crumb tray should be cleaned weekly. Unplug toaster and let cool. Slide out crumb tray, discard crumbs, and wipe tray with clean cloth. Replace crumb tray. Wipe outside of toaster with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleansers that may scratch the surface of the toaster.

Yes! There is a tray at the bottom that is easy to take out and dump crumbs.
