- Answer No, it doesn't have an on-off switch. It runs continuously and the nightlight it has on it also runs without being able to turn it off.

- Answer I do not know if it will eliminate litter box odor totally but i do know that it will help . One of the problems is that all litter is different with some giving more dust then others.
