• This device only works with Att needs 20$ month plan comes with unlimited 22gb/month data

• You add it onto your AT&T phone plan and are billed monthly for it. You set it up through their app. And you name the wifi and give the network a password. Then you join as usual and can use the wifi network anywhere you go on the road!
