Q: Where does the Wi-Fi come from? Is it a monthly subscription or does it use my mobile connection from my cell?

A: This device only works with Att needs 20$ month plan comes with unlimited 22gb/month data

Q: Where do I find the password foe the Harmon spark on the box itself

A: It’s the last 8 or 12 characters of the device IMEI, printed on the side. (Try 8 first, I can’t recall exactly)

Q: Do you have to have a cell phone with at&t to get this device or can I have it on its own plan by its self

A: No, But the device from Best Buy will not work because you cannot get a sim card that works with it. Must buy from ATT. I spent weeks and a lot of hours to finally get it working. Maybe 2 hours with support because they send a code to the device which you can never receive.

Q: Will this provide wifi to my dash cam when the car is off?

A: No.
