“Recently bought this item. Solid wooden shelf is supposed to fit between 2 support tubes Part F? Mine does not fit so I can’t screw the shelf onto the unit. Please help!”

I had the same problem. The two bracing bars underneath need to be turned over, maybe flipped around, to there the part the screws go into are facing up, not at the low point, but where they are on top, facing up so the shelf is resting on those holes.
