Q: QuestionFor either the Restore or Rest, can you set more than one alarm each day (like as a backup or for two people) or just the one light-only alarm? Also, is there a battery backup in case of power/wifi outage in the night?

• A:Answer Hi there! Great questions! For both the Restore and Rest devices, you have the option to set up multiple light/sound alarms and schedules each day. While our Restore devices do not have a backup battery, you will find that our Rest+ 2nd gen does have a backup battery!

• A:Answer Hi there! Great question! The Hatch+ Subscription is not required in order to use your Restore 3! While Hatch+ does allow you access to upgraded sounds, stories and meditation, you are still able to access multiple sounds, Bedtime Routines and alarms without the subscription!

Q: QuestionI would like to buy this for a friend who uses hearing aids and would like to know if this has volume control for various hearing levels. That is mild to severe.

Additionally, each device includes a 30-day return window. If your friend tries it out and finds it doesn't work for their personal situation, they should be able to return the device within that time frame! We recommend getting a gift-receipt, if possible!
