The short answer is yes to all questions. If you use the NAS to set up the PVR software you will need one with a good processor. I set mine up using a NAS for storage but running the PVR software on a small LINUX platform but the software will run on a NAS or on a Windows machine as well. There are a lot of options. Each TV will of course need a platform to run a software application but again there are a lot of options here as well. I have used Android TV and Apple TV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can connect the antenna to the device and then the device to a gigabit switch. All devices on the network will have access to the tuner (4 at a time). Yes you can access the DVR recordings from all devices on the network even wireless devices after you download the app.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe so. Assuming your TV's are smart TV's with ability to run software to change channels. You can't just plug in an ethernet plug in the back of the TV and expect to get tv service. Generally what I do is have the Quatro near the antenna with a coax cable going from the quatro to the antenna. A network cable runs from the quatro to a 5 port network switch. I have a couple HDHomeRun boxes going into the network switch. The switch has one ethernet cable running to my main network so I can watch TV from my main computer if I want using the HDHomeRun software. And then I have a computer running Windows 10 with Plex on it acting as a DVR device to record shows as well as store my music and other videos. I can play video to my phone, tablet, laptop or computers on my local network or while I'm away from home.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks for your advice. I keep reading about the connection options. So if I have multiple TVs and if I am running Plex DVR on a Win10 box, it sounds like some smart TVs can navigate the whole Plex from a downloaded app without a separate device beyond the smart TV.....particularly if it is smart Android but maybe also if it is smart Roku. Is this true or is it way more functional to add a $40-200 device at the client (TV) side?
