It does not have a ATSC 3 Tuner. So no it will not.

Unfortunately No. I don't believe there are any ATSC 3.0 tuners available yet or even planned.

There's no OTA 4K broadcasts today. 4K would require HEVC, which would require ATSC 3.0, which requires OFDM. The CONNECT only does 8VSB, so you will need new tuner hardware when ATSC 3.0 goes live in a 5 years. But I predict it more like ten years since local stations would have to add new new equipment. Most stations wouldn't even buy 1080 now, they do 720 because of cost. Just look at your local news, a large group are still NOT broadcasting in HD
