- Answer Hi Vinco, the HearingAssist STREAM has four preset programs and has options within the app to further customize the frequency bands, noise cancellation, directionality, loud sound protection, and volume levels. You can try the simulation mode by downloading the HearingAssist STREAM app on iPhone and Android.
