- Answer Yes, if you want to change and update the PAS levels. There is no way to do this on the display only. Unlike other Heybikes you can access sub menus in the controller. You have to use the app to locate the bike with GPS, set up PAS levels, turn off the bike remotely.

QuestionThis is a class 3 bike.Is this bike allowed on trails that says class1 and class2 bikes only, if we set the speed setting to under 20mph?

- Answer Mine actually came with a sticker that says class 2 on it… it does go faster though. You can limit in the computer. Most trail systems will say whether a class 3 can be on them or not.

- Answer It comes in a box with the front wheel and handle bars removed. They give you tools and instructions. It is pretty easy.

- Answer Product comes with a back rack. The product ships with the accessories shown. Universal mirrors, if available, would work on this as well.

QuestionI see that the Blue version is 77 pounds in total weight and the other two bikes are 92 pounds. Any reason why the Blue one weighs 15 pounds less.

- Answer Yeah and besides that, this is a Best Buy typo error. All 3 weigh 77 pounds per Heybike website. It’s magnesium frame so pretty light in spite of batteries.
