• You should have no problems running your app. Google play services is on this tablet, but you should make sure you update all google play services via google play on the tablet first.

• When I set mine up as soon as I signed into my Google account it displayed my Google Play apps from my phone. I didn't see any pre-loaded apps.

• I have a Google acct. and have had no problems downloading any of the Google tools. Syncs with all my other devices.
