Yes it is. Connects to any Bluetooth device. Even the remote control is Bluetooth for voice command! “Hey Google open Netflix”

Yes. One bluetooth device can be connected at a time. The TV volume is awful. Samsung makes a better TV with bluetooth. Cost more bot it's better.
