• Yes, I have used it with my laptop, just hook it up with an hdmi cord and change the input settings

• Yes, via HDMI cable. BUT please note this is a 720P Television, not a 1080P unit so the resolution will be lower. Just confirm your computer/laptop has HDMI output and you are set.
