Will this TV accept an outside antennae null

YES! And one feature I didn't see until I was setting it up was that with the OTA (Antenna) you can plug in a USB flash drive and Pause Live TV! The Channel Guide is pretty nice with Antenna channels and used this to help a Senior friend to 'cut-the-cable' and get Cable bill from $190 to $50 for just internet only.
