Could not find a manufacture date number on box or on back of the 40" TV. Already mounted on wall, so hard to see. Mine was assembled in Mexico, that was on a label on the outer box. Best Buy supervisor said it had a four year Parts & labor warranty, however, the booklet that came with the TV I believe said it was a two year warranty.
