Does this tv come with remote null

yes, I got this television for my parents. it has a remote.

Yes, but what it doesn't come with is a diagram in the manual of where the manual controls are in the TV, and I have located only one control button and am still looking for the others even after coming back to Best Buy and having been shown where they supposedly are because I think the I was shown them on a different model.
