“Does this TV allow for "rewind" of live (antenna) programs, via the use of a USB thumb drive? I see it has a USB input capability but want to be sure if it allows for it as my TCL does... Can hold about an hour of ota broadcast which is a great feature”

Hi BT, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 40A4K. Yes, The PVR function allows you to easily record digital television content for later viewing. Go to Settings > Channels & Inputs > Channels > PVR & Time Shift Setting.
