• A:Answer I just got the TV and have the same problem. It obviously wants us to hold down the 2 buttons for 3 seconds, which seems to put it in pairing mode, but then nothing happens. I read about users having similar issue with other Hisense TVs, but none of the solutions seem to be working for me.

Q: QuestionI cannot seem to find a manual or users guide for the Hisense model 40a4K. A quick start guide was provided, but if I go to Hisense.com (usa), the only document under the model number is a spec sheet. Other Hisense TV models have user guides..

• A:Answer No it doesnt because its a google tv. Same concept but a little different. You'll have access to probably all of the same apps unless its a Roku exclusive feature. All the typical stuff netflix, hulu, amazon, hbo, etc is available for download/login. The setup is very similar to the roku i really like the tv for the price.
