Please try completing a power cycle by unplugging the unit from the power outlet, wait for 30 seconds and plug the unit back in. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just bought two Hisense TV's very recently. Never owned one before. Great reviews and specs. Both TV's suck and I wish I hadn't purchased them. I have no idea what causes your problem, but I'm sure it just one of many upcoming issues. Return it to place of purchase if you can. My old Panasonic plasmas and my LG OLED and even a cheaper LG LED I have just blow these things away. Sorry for your loss.
