Q: QuestionWhat do I do about this tv's sound and pic settings that keep reverting to default while I watch tv??? Sound is a common problem I see now after I already own it. Suddenlty there is almost no sound and it is stuck on "theater" mode. pic changes too

- A:Answer have you changed the settings to what you want in the menu? Television and internet sites are famous for having loud volumes during commercials. Some tv's in the menu have a volume leveling option also so you don't get high and low sounds. When you check the picture and audio settings and if there is a box make sure you check save so your settings won't be changed by default. Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionI just tried installing a sandisk sdcz73 usb drive into my newly purchased hisense 43" 4k android tv and though it initially recognized the usb drive it now says it has safely been ejected, even though it has not been ejected. How can I add memory?
