Can I screen share from my laptop? It's an HP null

The TV has Chromecast built in so it's possible as long as you're on the same network. Some websites allow this and Chrome browser would be the most compatible for this purpose. There are also installable Windows applications that would allow you to cast more things. Other than that, as the manufacturer mentioned, an HDMI cable would be required.
