    • Answer Mine does the exact same thing. I've had it for three months now and its done it since day one. Product support reccomends turning off and unplugging it which doesn't actually solve anything long term.

    • Answer By far I believe it is the best TV on the market today in the price range and size that it’s in. Picture is perfect and the sound is incredible. I have owned it for over three years and never had any problems with it. Keep in mind there are only two manufacturers out there that makes screens for TVs and as far as the components in side of them there is only a handful of them as well. You buy this TV and more likely you’re getting a Sony or Samsung inside of it. Save the money buy it you can’t go wrong.

    • Answer The TV has Chromecast built in so it's possible as long as you're on the same network. Some websites allow this and Chrome browser would be the most compatible for this purpose. There are also installable Windows applications that would allow you to cast more things. Other than that, as the manufacturer mentioned, an HDMI cable would be required.

  • QuestionDo I have to connect with ROKU to use this TV?

    • Answer Hi Lee, This is an Android TV. It is similar to Roku, in that you need an account to download apps. You will need a google account to access the play store to download apps. You can use it as a regular TV, however, without a google account. The Android TV Play Store is different than what you would see from your Android phone because you will only see compatible apps. If you want to be able to use specific apps, you should check that they are available before purchasing this TV. If you are coming from Roku, most of the same services are available.

  • QuestionIt this tv roku?

    • Answer No this model does not use Roku. It uses Android TV as it's operating system. I prefer Android TV over Roku and that's why I purchased this particular model. The remote is more advanced than what you get with Roku. It has a numerical keypad on it which comes in handy if you use an antenna for over the air channels. You are then able to directly tune the channel you want. You are still able to download all popular apps from Google Play.
