Thank you for your interest in the 50H6570F. We are sorry to hear that you are not able to get a web browser downloaded. You should be able to download a web browser from the Google Play Store as this television does not come with a built in web browser. Please try unplugging the TV then plugging it back in then try to download the web browser again.
