A:Answer DON'T EVER BUY A Hisense PRODUCT!!
The Android TV I bought from them a few months ago had issues from the second I turned it on. I tried resetting it-it didn't worked. Hisense sent a technician that changed the mother board, which basically means it's a brand new tv, and the issues still didn't go away. I tried everything they told me in the course of 4 weeks, yet nothing helped. I requested a refund but they hide behind their warranty policy. Apparently selling faulty TV is ok, but don't you dare to try and return it....
Now, Hisense claims that a software update will solve all the issues however for over a week now they claim "their system is down" and that's why they never sent it to me. Today I talked with a representative name Taj which was absolutely rude and uncaring (Almost as bad as the previous representative Sean that HANG UP IN MY FACE).
Hisense is the absolute worst.
