“I tried plugging in the HDMI Cable from PS4 Pro Box into all 4 HDMI ports on the TV. I am unable to switch the HDMI 2.0 Format on the TV from "Standard" to "Enhanced". All firmwares are up to date. Cannot switch HDMI 2.0 Format to Enhanced, stuck at 1080p”

you may need to purchase a new high speed HDMI Cable to get the fastest connection from your PS4 Pro to your new TV, Also make sure that you are using the HDMI port that is marked (HDMI/ARC), this port is set up for high speed 4k signals.
