Change the sound settings. It did it for me when I had it set to Dolby but then I changed the sound mode (I think to PQM) and that solved my issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't bother - Hisense claims it is a software update that is available through your TV - it isn't. Take it back and get another manufacturer. Hisense customer service is useless!
