“The optical output does not work I have run a fiber cable from the TV to my Bose system. Regardless of what settings I use on Advanced Audio, nothing works. The Bose works fine on another TV. Any suggestions? Has anyone used this?”

• The optical out works for me. I use that for connecting to my external system.

• It works with my Polk sound system. So I'd call Hisense or BestBuy cause it should work.
