A:AnswerHi, the TV comes with a free 4-year parts & labor in-home service warranty. If the TV requires service at a Hisense facility, shipping will be paid by Hisense. If you have any further questions, please contact us at 1-888-935-8880.
A:AnswerThe Samsung is HDCP 2.2 compliant. This awesome television is not. But, you can call Hisense and they can provide a link that you can download on a USB and plug it into your TV and upgrade it so it will turn one of the HDMI ports on the TV to HDCP 2.2./ Then the bluray player will work,
A:AnswerAn update to add HDMI support is supposed to arrive in September (this month). Apparently on September 8th (which also happens to be this day, but don't go to the bank on that)
A:AnswerDepends on the tv. Some may allow you to do internally. If it doesnt, buying a small media player will solve the problem! They come as small as a pad of sticky notes and will allow you to endlessly loop photos and video.
A:AnswerI am loving my Hisense 4k television. The picture quality is crystal clear for this to be an off name brand television. If you are on a budget I would recommend this TV. you can't go wrong.
A:AnswerNo the speakers will cut out when the headphones are plugged in. My fix for this was to use a sound bar and with that installed you can turn the audio off on the TV and use the headset in the jack and the sound bar at the same time. The reason that I need the headset and the audio speakers both working at the same time, Wife needs headset for hearing problems and I can listen and not be blasted out with sound cranked up.
A:AnswerYes, it does. I use my audio out to connect a Bluetooth transmitter. That way I can pair my PowerBeats Wireless headphones to it, crank up the volume late at night, and watch movies without disturbing my roommates or neighbors.
A:AnswerYes, this television can be wall mounted. Be sure to verify what your wall mount is rated to support. Without the stand, it is 25.6 inches tall x 28.2 inches wide, and weighs 27.6 pounds.
A:Answeryes it can, when you go to settings and click on updates you need to do it a few times. for some reason you wont get all updates at once, you will get them one at a time but once is finish enjoy hdr 4k. tv is really great
A:AnswerHi there. I decided to get the 2 year extra warranty. Mainly because I am not very familiar with the Hisense brand. Also because it is electronics. Personally it just made me feel more content. I hope this helps you a little with your decision. Happy Holidays.
A:AnswerYes update does support HDR through HDMI. Takes a few updates, but you also have to go into settings of the Xbox S in the video settings and open up the 4K & HDR
A:AnswerIt should have given you the option to register when you did the initial setup if you are connected to the internet with the television. You can also do it online via your computer at their website
A:AnswerThe tv comes with its own power cable, but you need to supply an hdmi cable and optical cable if hooking up to soundbar. You can listen to tv through its own speakers or hookup through a soundbar.
