QuestionBought a 50H6C about a month ago, terrific TV ! Hooked up to Directv, with the newest Genie and mini Genie. 3 year old Samsung is on Genie, 4k is on the mini genie. Every 5 minutes or so, audio clicks out for a second. What's wrong??

- Answer Register your tv online and keep your receipt. I called Hisense because I had that same question and that's what they told me.

QuestionI'm trying to connect this with a Sony Soundbar (HT-CT390). Both are ARC compatible (and plugged in HDMI), but when I connect them that way, I get no sound. I've checked the manual on both to be sure everything is set right, but still no sound. Any ideas?

- Answer Should just plug in an HDMI cable to your TV and cable box. Change the input to whichever HDMI port you plugged it into. Cable should be working then.

- Answer The Geek Squad Warranty protects against power surges and manufacturer defects. The Hisense warranty does not. It covers just basic manufacturer defects.

- Answer the 50h8c is so clear it shows all. such as the fine wrinkles on a person neck. it take a few days to get use to that.
