“I bought this TV and registered it to get the 4 year warranty. But what is the warranty? Does someone come to your house to fix or do I have to pay the $150 to ship to them? Hisense, please let us know.”

Hi, the TV comes with a free 4-year parts & labor in-home service warranty. If the TV requires service at a Hisense facility, shipping will be paid by Hisense. If you have any further questions, please contact us at 1-888-935-8880.
