“Just got tv, but remote channel changing and numbers keys won't work, but other functions do. It is sending signal (did camera check). Universal remote WILL change channel but not the new remote that came with tv. Any ideas?”

I would contact the company and ask for a replacement remote. The one that came with mine works great
