Does the 50H8C have HDR for x box one S. null

Yes it "supports" HDR and is green on the 4K TV details. So, the firmware can accept HDR data. The question is what it does with it.

Hi Scott! 50H8C supports HDR gaming for XBox One S.

Yes it does support HDR from the Xbox One S now via the HDMI 2.0 ports on the back, specifically Inputs 3 & 4. You MUST install the latest firmware update in order to achieve this however.

HDR is standard for every device you have to do a software update first but HDR is beautiful on this tv not perfect but for $399 what more can you ask for in a 4k TV that is that cheap. I have a Xbox One S and HDR works very well have to tweak the settings a little but is great.
